"Biewer" Yorkies.....????

Has anyone ever heard of them?  Are they a cross or a pure bred?   I just ran across that name this morning and have never heard of it.  Here are a few sites:

I have heard of them.  There was a lady on TP that was from Germany that breeds them.  From what I remember, they are not the standard for Yorkies.  They were bred for the coloring with the white and black.  Just like the "chocolate" yorkies, they have a defective color gene which gives them the "rare" coloring and thus, cost twice as much, because they are "rare".  I came across the name with researching the Yorkshire Terrier.  I am planning in the future, if I can convince hubby, to get a Yorkie for a "sister" for Chloe'
