Awesome. They sold you a dog w/ his title? Or is that a co-ownership? (sweet deal). Leaps 5 ft... neato. What a good hunting dog they must be.
I love purebreds and the fanciers that appreciate them. Those dogs are so popular. Move too fast for my slow a*s... I need something big enough that I can grab it as it runs by. They must keep you active. My neighbor, when I was growing up, always had one. He was an old style experienced horseman. Knew everything. Saddler was the dog's name. When he passed, Saddler II came along. So great to watch, so athletic!
Thanks guys. Kittys mom, Clipper is a Ch and it's a co-ownership until i give her a puppy back on each and then they are mine completely. She said she had too many males so she sold Clipper to me. Piper is the other one, which is the one who's dad is 4th in the nation so i hope i can help Piper to live close to her dad's reputation but if not, that's ok cuz i just love her already. Both of them. They ARE hyper. In fact, i name the baby girl (all white one) Hyper Piper. She is non-stop! Clipper is only 3 years old and calmer so i'm sure Piper will calm a little with time. My other dogs are still adjusting and growl a little but for the most part, they just leave the new ones alone.
Too cool. Oasis, you rule. I was lucky enough to use a stud just released from a co-ownership, my avatar Kitty's dad. Makes for killer foundation stock. Recently, I cut what I had and kept the best, as usual, the recipient is so scared I will change my mind. Today she got a look at what I kept. She is just mystified that what she has are my cast offs, the incredible results of breeding only the best to the best for years. we are both happy. The dog I gave her has already been bred to an English import Ch. son and I may get a real high caliber pup back for my trade...
Denise and Ansy- actually, she is all white except a few dots on her ears and a small brown dash out of the corner of her eye with a thin black line thru it. She already self stacks and everyone that has seen her says she will finnish fast. She is a pretty thing and sweet too.
