WE SOLD OUR HOUSE!!!!!!!!!! or at least they came up to our counterbid, which is SO AWESOME!! Now I get to join you, Jessica, in moving and painting and woodworking and such that needs to be done in the house we're hoping to get. I'm just so excited!! Our house has only been on the market for like 6 weeks and it's already sold!! I almost screamed with excitement in our realtor's ear. So we're going to go down to the office later on and sign some papers with her and such. The closing date will be sometime in May, I think. And the lady that's buying it is going to be here on Friday to do her paperwork. I'm so giddy right now!!
Thats great. I can't wait for us to move but we will be here for a few more years. My dream home is an old victorian style house with a huge front porch. And I will admit that I will never get a house that needs tons of work. This house has been a major headache. Good luck with the move.
