I am unbanned (tp topic)

Well I called this morning and talk to admin, his name was jason, and he unbanned me, but said if the mods see me on the may bann me again and to call him if this happens.  I told him about cricket and her attacking people and being on a banning spree.  he just said she had a short fuse, and he shot down all of my suggestion by saying the were voluntrees and had training and stuff.  I also mention atomic being acussed of being jawlaw, and he said jawlaw was a pain in the butt, and a big problem,  sorry jawlaw.  Mention that he need to look into all the people that have been banned in the past 3 weeks, because of cricket, and mention colliemom and pits, his replay was that most should have benn banned, but in rare case like mine it was a mistake.  but he said he would look in to it.  He also told me I was only the 2nd person to call, so if you think it was a mistake call him, he will most likely fix it.  also said they usely don't take this calls, so call early right at 800.

I spoke to admin as well and Jason unbanned me too. He read the whole chat that took place and agreed I should not have been banned. He is going to unbann me from chat as well and colliemom too! He said that most of the ADMIN emails get deleted unless they are from advertisers. So if you have any problems in the future you need to call in. Maybe people don't know they can call? He is busy and if he gets enough calls something wil be done about the way members are treated by moderators.

I just wanted to say I'm glad you guys called and got unbanned. I never get invovled in all the stuff that happens over there, but i do see it and it was wrong that you guys were banned. I'm glad your back!

wow. Cricket told bessieloubop that I am not banned, but I still can't get in over there with my username and password?? Doesn't make any sense to me, but oh well. I'm glad he let you guys back. That was nice of him.

I am a member of several forums.  Everything from pets to Gothica to Halloween.  I am not a member this forum you are talking about, but I did click a link one of you posted to it and read a few threads.  From what I saw, it looked like a fast paced, informative place.  Then, after reading this post I knew the OP would have posted over there as well so off I went.  I admit, I am a fan of opposition.  Pitsanddobes, I saw your post about being back and I must say that I was about to join that place as well until I saw this:

This little girl is off the hook!  I know I would not be welcomed there.  There have been some extreme posts here regarding the people at the other forum, but The Furum does not allow name calling and she called both of you "trash".  I'm assuming, by reading here, this happens a lot.  Unless the admin of that site uses a regular username then I see no posts from him.  Whats up with that?


Not trying to add fuel to the fire, but I'm glad I seen the quality of people there before I joined because it made me see that joining  is not something I want to do now.  It's not good to argue on any forum, but I can see that comments like the one above would set anyone off.  I'm sorry you had to go through that, but I bet it will continue to happen as long as you post there.

Well, I just went in there with a different proxy server and my name came up on who's logged-in. I just don't get it!! I can't post anything when it's like that and I tried to get in there under the regular proxy server and it wouldn't even let me see the posts!! BTW, pits, that is true, what grim reaper said. I don't even know if I want to go back there, after what _____ said. That's awful!!

Oh I know and I promptly called jason and complained about it yet again. Cricket did edit it but that is not the point. Terrific Pets is a business that makes its money off advertising. If I was a breeder again or had any need for advertising and I read some of that stuff and seen the way the moderators treat people I would run for the hills. That kind of stuff is costing this many money I am sure. Not to mention the fact that dallas is a paid member and now she is trash? _____ is a ********* in my opinion because she was on private instant messenger with me and said she did not agree I should have been banned! See what I mean about picking fights? I am sure Jason will deal with this but I know if he does not I will never advertise one thing there. AND I wil never recomend anyone else! He would be really mad if Dallas pulls her advertisment from them wouldn't he? Who wants to be called trash let alone pay for it too?

Well, if you are happy that you are back on that forum, I am happy for you... I would not even want to be back on that forum...unless they changed mods... I do think it is funny, though because you know that it is just killing Cricketmom and _____.... I think it is hillarious!!!  lol


Was it CM or _ that put that about the "trash". If it was CM, she should not be a mod (but we all already know that)  and if it was _, she should be banned!!

I seriously wonder why y'all want to go back over there and be trashed, because that is what they are going to do...because the mods will not ban them, but if you say something back, they will ban you... oh well..it is your choice. Like I said, I think it is funny because CM and _ are probably eating nails right now.

if I am going to be banned it needs to be because I broke the rules, and have been a butt.  I am on of those people that dosent beleive in injustice, and does something about it.  Also not everyone has be mean, just a few.

Yah Pits, they lost my advertising when I was banned. I never contacted admin because the forum had changed, you could not talk about anything and the control freaks were nasty. I put up with that at work, where I get paid to let nobodys mistreat me. I certainly don't do it for free, nor would I support it by advertising dollars.
I was banned there for pointing out to the mods that they were not following the rules and were not deleting their own posts for being off topic. Other than that, I mostly just replied to anything other than the mod kissing, and troll posts, altough I liked one or two of the trolls and would chase around w/them at 3am, when everyone else was asleep. I don't miss it, found better forums the very next day, that I was missing because I was wasting time on tp. I only went back to read posts there just to try and figure out what my original facination was, the posters are so unimformed and childish there, I can't help but be amazed that I wasted so much of my time. I did get one real nice puppy buyer, though. Maybe one day they will be a real forum again, but with those sickos moderating it, I doubt it...

Couldn't agree with you more, Kitty. Dallas- Ansy and I didn't do anything wrong either...we didn't break any rules . I think Ansy was banned for giving an opinion and I was banned for taking up for Ansy and Katzpom... it was after my ban, that I did anything that broke the rules and that was because I kept posting telling the other members what they had done... so please don't think you are the only one that was banned for no reason. Good luck. You are going to need it.

You all have to understand that it is the principle of it all. No one is going to treat me like garbage because I do not agree with their way of thinking and get away with it. It is not about liking that forum any longer because it is not the forum i dislike. It is certain individualr that I dislike for the way I was treated. The way the moderators chose sides and accused me of things I WAS NOT DOING. There are many really nice people there and the forum itself is not the problem it is the moderators and their apparent belief that they can say or do anything they want to the members as if the members are beneath them. If the moderators want to be respected then they need to treat all members equally and fairly. They neet to give respect not just demand it.

Oh yes- I do understand! Because they same exact thing happened to me. My mistake was not going to Jason in the beginning. He would have probably let me back on, but then I went on under another name (well so did you pits). I know exactly how you feel, but there is too much water under the bridge for me... I am happy you are back on. Jason did the right thing.

If Jason does not see what his people are doing(or chooses to ignore it) he certainly deserves what is happening to his once popular forum, and to any money that once would have gone to that place... People do not accept poor conditions, when better are easy and free to be had. TP was the 1st forum that I had ever seen, I loved it and recommended it to everybody, then new mods were added, and new rules, it WAS NO FUN ANYMORE. I do not give any of my free time to contentious, ignorant people. I get paid for doing that.

Kitty you have to understand that Jason is one person and if he were to sit and read over every post made he wuld have no life and not be able to run his business though I do agree that something has to be done when moderators become ban happy. Jason was really nice to both me and Dallas and he did not have to take time out to deal with this. After all with all that happends there it would be very tiresom to deal with every single complaint. I think the only solution is to have moderators that will remain fair and impartial.
