Cheap Temporary Fence?

We have been going through finances and have decided that we will not be able to get our fence up in time before our wedding due to the money we are spending there.

What suggestions can any of you give me for a cheap Temporary fence that will hold in at least one big dog and yet has to be able to hold in a 6 pound pomeranian. Any ideas will be great! Thanks guys!

I think Oasis might have the answer to this...seems like she asked this a while back.. She will probably be on later.

Go get some cheap farm fencing from the local hardware-type store. This is what we did for our whole backyard-62'x62'x62'x62' for around $250. It held in our two little ones plus our 80# doberman. Hope this helps and congrats to you Katz!!
When is the big day?? I guess I missed if you said when it is.

LOL.......i asked about a small fence but my best suggestions are chicken wire and metal stakes or find pallets and attach them togeather.  Not pretty but it would hold them.  How big is the big dog?  I'll keep thinking on it.

when we moved into my grandmothers house, we used fencing from the hardware store, the roll up kind, with rebar stakes, it 5 ft tall, and on the bottom we placed tent stakes to keep them from pulling it up.  total was under 150, for 60x60 area

Thank you! We are getting married in 9 weeks from today!! Our big dog is approx. going to be 70 pounds. We found some garden rolled up fencing at wal-mart yesterday but it was green and powder coated (alot softer then just the plain metal) and we can get stakes to match it...... we can do our entire yard (100x80) for about $250!! I am so much happier now, that is only temporary but it will save me about $1000 for a while. Thanks for all the help!

Congrats, KATZ!! I'm glad you found some cheap fencing. That is what we did for our yard and it has been permanent and has worked very well!! Congrats again, Katz!!
