I was just wondering what you felt. I read several websites operated by Dobie breeders.  Some were vehemently opposed and others felt it was their "GOD given right" to breed the white dobies. I am always curious as to how breeders feel about certain topics.

For example, several months ago I asked a Persian breeder how she felt about Exotics.

What would we do if someone was deliberately manipulating the gene pool to produce albinos?

I mean is cloning really wrong when we humans manipulate the gene pool in so many different areas of animal breeding?  You know a little of this and a lot of that makes a great this. Line breeding and all the others where parents are bred to siblings or distant cousins are bred...I often wonder is it really THAT serious? It is a dog? A simple dog or cat or whatever.  And further, if it is that easy...why can't we clone homo sapiens?  Do you consider twins an example of natural cloning?  I have also heard this argument for pro clone.

I read recently a woman paid like $15000 to have her beloved (dead) cat's DNA utlized to clone an identical replication.  His name was Nikky.

The cat I am hesitant to say looked like a cat she could have picked up from the local humane society.
