Since we are on the subject of old shows what was your favorite old movie?

Mine would have to be Gone With The wind! Love the old south except for the slavery bit.

Oddly enough, my favorite movie is Mary Poppins...you can laugh.  Then next would be To Kill A Mockingbird.

(I love Mary Poppins too...lol)

My fav would probably either be Where the Lillies Bloom (anyone ever seen that?) or Where the Red Fern Grows.  I still cry every time I watch it.  I love old movies.  Sounder was a really good movie too, and Old Yeller, and the  Doll Maker.....lol......I could go on and on......

Oh, for me, this list could go on and on. Let's see.......(I like Mary Poppins too), To Each His Own (probably a 1940's movie), and Imitation of Life (another probably 1940's flick, about the beginning of Aunt Jemima), I love The Crow, love Dracula, love Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, House on Haunted Hill (old one, not the newer one), all of the North and South movies (didn't ever see Heaven and Hell), the list goes on and on. I have somewhere in the vicinity of 300 videos and 100 DVDs. I watch A LOT of movies!! And I've only seen about 5 that I really just don't care to ever see again. Either they were really stupid or just something I never wanted to see ever again. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to movies. I'm a fairly easily amused person anyway, lol.

Steel Magnolias made me bawl like a baby and still does every time I watch it. Sally Fields was great in that movie! OH OH! The Breakfast Club a Molly Ringwald classic! Loved that movie!

I love scary/horror/scifi movies too, though.  Im actually looking forward to the new Amityville Horror.

The Goodbye Girl-the old one with Marsha mason and Richard Dreyfuss.  The new made for tv version was lousy.

OOOOHhHHH!! I forgot to say "Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte" That is one of the best old movies I have ever seen!! It's got Betty Davis and Olivia D'Havilland. And I also like "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane" That one had Betty Davis in it too and was a very good one. I too like the '80s brat pack movies. They were all awesome!!

Oh, Ansy, I LOVE the NeverEnding Story!! Every time I go to a Suncoast Video store I want to buy it 'cause it's only like $15 and I have already spent like $300. I should really learn to go to that store 1st, before I spend all my money and feel guilty for buying a movie with my last dollars, lol.
