Anyone else Stressed???

I am so stressed out at this moment. Its not only the end of the semester but I have 2 papers that are over 15 pages long to write plus 3 excel projects and 2 final exams with in the next 2 weeks. Oh yeah I forgot about the powerpoint presentation due in a week. It is crazy. On top of school I work 2 jobs and have a new puppy so I am barely sleeping 5 hours a night. Then I find out today that my boyfriend and I have to sign a contract by Sunday on our new house that is going to be built to get the lot that we want and then have 30 days to pick out all the colors and cabinets for the house. I am stressed to the max. I think I am going to start pulling my hair out! Anyone know of any good stress relievers??

You do have a lot going on! If you have a spare hour or so, take the doggie for a walk, and talk his ear off the whole time. I do that and I know that people driving by think I am a nut. But I vent to the dog, get exercise (which is also good for stress) , exercise the dog, and feel better.

And, from the movie "Point of No Return," just smile and say"I never did mind the little things."

I've always found that annoying my cats is a great way to relieve stress.  My cats aren't too fond of this method.

Good luck with the work, and don't forget to proofread your lists for parallel structure.

Pizza, with everything on it.
Chocolate chip icecream with fresh crushed unsalted blister peanuts and boysenberry surup.
Chocolate raspberry cheesecake.
BBQ ribs, charbroiled w/lean extra meaty ribs, and a drizzle of sweet&sour sauce.
Bvitamin complex, you will handle stress of any kind better to pop one of these w/ a meal.
Calcium gluconate, glycinate, or the best you can come up with next to that.
I always stress most approaching my monthly, which I was on the way to work today, and was not on the way home(started the whole evil process). If that is the case, give yourself until then and you will be very fully in charge soon.

Beeper I can relate to what you were saying..I went to college full time..My Husband went also..I have 2 kids and a house full of animals and I had APA format papers to write in all of my classes and also my husbands too.(6 in total)...What we dont do for our loved ones..I was SO STRESSED I could no longer think..I decided I would not continue on with my 3rd degree..because my hubby was going after his bachlors so..that meant more apa style writing. I volunteered to do that for him in the very begining and got stuck with it the full 4 years....it can really become too much..especially we took mostly the same classes and to do one paper was bad enough..but to write another one purposly trying not to sound like you wrote the second one is very nerve wracking..and then when he got a better grade on one..I was livid..(cuz he is a brager is why...he went around the campus saying what did you get...??.i got an A..and she got a B...) I could have just throddled him...but..he is one of those guys you either love him or you hate him..and it might depend on what minute or hour you are at with him...any way...I wish you luck...and it will be semester end real soon...take a breather and live it up...then...you will be ready to hit the grind stone again..
