Mine did not do it till about 1 1/2 I believe. still on occasion he will sqwat. or sqwat and lift. LOL ,he's now 5 1/2.

Oscar is 3 and he still pees like a little girl. He only lifts his leg when we are on our walks.

Chopper has always done both. We've had him since he was 8 months, he's now 2 years.

you are all very lucky. Kenai has done it since the day we got him at 4 1/2 months old. He is over a year now and he still does it. Once in a while he will squat but not often. :(
