Rocky was asleep doing his usual grumbling and moaning, shaking...but this time his back legs were "running" !!!! They were going pretty fast..must have been chasing something!! It was hilarious....and no one else was here to see it, figures.
I hope Kitty does some of that. She has been such a jitterbug this week, she won't let me sleep. I let her out twice this morning, but I just washed the back wall for the landlord to paint, yesterday. It is raining, and there will be no group tussels against that wall until it is painted...so playtime is not so fun this week. She will get banished to the back room, and replaced by Megan, if she doesn't settle.
These guys sleep almost all day then save their energy for when everyone else is home. It is pretty quiet with me just sitting here and working, once the kids get home and Russ gets home...it is a mad house.
We are trying to figure out how we are going to work this with the dogs in the back yard when we go to seed it and get it back to normal. May be a wasted effort, but David graduates this year and wants a backyard BBQ party. I am trying to get all the unfinished projects done around here. Russ did put in a new kitchen floor for me!! That is one project out of 50+ done!! Looks good though! Even if the trim woodwork isn't quite finished!
Thank you...I was so tired of seeing that 1970's linoleum!!! BLECH! I was thrilled to have this one done!! And I am almost finished with my remodled bathroom!! WooHoo!! lol
