I ask a lot of personal questions of people and often tell them I am nosey and they can tell me to butt out any time! lol  


So..I was wondering...do you guys collect anything? Glass, artwork (some has been shared), nic nacs, anything..??   


If so, share your collections...time to show off what is important to you.


OR you can ignore me and tell me to stop being so nosey! lol

I collect Breyer horses, shot glasses, cactus and frog items (for my dad who's gone), ummm.......i'm sure there's more but i wil have to think about it...........lol

OMG, MPP!!! You've hit the posting jackpot with me!!! I have MANY different collections. Prepare your eyes for a varitable FEAST!! LOL. Now if I can just remember everything........

Ok, here goes: Dragons, stuffed animals, model GTOs, movie posters, artwork, horses, 1920's-style liquor poster ads, California Raisins, Dragonball Z figures, Nightmare Before Christmas memorabilia, Monkees memorabilia, African/safari knick knacks, dog figurines, movies, Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart memorabilia, pillows, Star Wars memorabilia, have a few things from Lord of the Rings, and I think that may be it. I don't know, I'll have to get back to you on that one, lol.

For the heck of it, i looked at Breyer horses on ebay and i was amazed at what they are worth!  I have some that are 20 years old!

They are REALLY collectible and sell for good money! I think they are neat....use to have some as a kid and wish I still had them!

I forgot to add that I collect cartoon glasses. Like the ones you used to be able to get from Burger King, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, etc. I am currently working on getting the last 3 Star Wars glasses that I am missing, working on The Goonies ones, Shirt Tales, Smurfs, Care Bears, Looney Tunes, and Muppets. I have gotten all the ET ones, I think, lol. I frequent flea markets in the summer. There's one around here that goes on every Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. That's where I get a vast majority of them, and my GTOs. I always get so excited when I see some cartoon glasses at the flea markets, that I always have to buy several, and I get home and look at the rest and realize I already have 1 or 2 of the same one!! Oh well. Maybe I can resell the duplicates, maybe I'll just keep them. Meh!!

I collect Barbie Dolls. I only have 10 of them though. Most are the Happy Holiday ones and they are all still in their boxes collecting dust.

I collect the holiday barbies, too. Well, I stopped this past Christmas. I have maybe 11 or so. I also used to collect beani babies (have 150+) Golden retriever figures, disney movies.


We have those movie cups from Burger King, too! Sophie broke one the other day, Matt left it outside so she could get to it! ugh! ha...We have the disney ones, like lion king, aladdin, etc. But, we drink out of them so they aren't worth anything. haha

I have Breyer horses, 30years old, would like to sell at profit...stamps from around 1920's [was my grandpa's], coins[also old], thousands of sword and sorcery novels[would like to sell them bulk, or by author], comic books from around 1970, and a few Labradors[one is a problem barker]. Everything but the dogs are going to be sold, so that I can get out of debt...
I collect health and medical books, and have crystals, tarot, and books on same that will go with me as part of my regalia, oh, same with the swords and martial art equipment, mine, mine,mine...

Great question!


I am a proud collector of Fenton.  I have several pieces and have been collecting for about 10 years now.


BTW Mollie.....my husband was SO happy to see that other adults like DragonballZ as well....lol.  I give him such a hard time about that show!!!

Whao Roxie,  On this site its ok to talk about other things than pets. Really it is.  How did my name get popped into this thread when I am just now posting to it? Hmmmmmm I do collect thing, Mostly poodle things. Perhaps I will post pictures later, and yes I do have pictures of them. Roxie, come on now you must have a collection of something, stuffed animals or something.


I have one Mcdonalds glas left. I hate it. Hubby like it. I have one cartoon charater glass from years ago, Aqua Man, I like that one. LOL
