The vet just called and Kitty is in surgery and she's stable now, and they said the tumor is attatching two parts of the intestines but they can remove part of that and sew it back. She'll have to stay over the weekend since she can't eat normal food yet. I feel better about her staying there so someone can keep constant watch on her. You better bet I'll go and visit her everyday! Matt and I are going to go there tonight. =) I feel pretty hopeful, and I just PRAY it isn't cancer!

I'm glad they are keeping her, it's for the best but I know she hates being there. :/ They will not let het starve. Somebody will be there all night until they open the next morning for the next person, I'm assuming. I hope they wouldn't leave sick critters all alone all night.
Try not to worry Heff..She is in the best place..They will do what has to be done and wont be squimish about it like you and I would be. I hope it works out well for both of you...But she is in the best place she can be..Face it if you had her home she might hide and you wouldnt know if she ate or went to the bathroom or ??? and that is all important information when dealing with a sick post surgical kitty...Have patience...It is all smooth sailing now..Try to just be patient and relax...I know it is hard..but you must try for her..if she sences how worked up you are she will be worked up too..I wish you the best...
