I just went there and took a few more pics. ENJOY!!

3rd floor:

It's a full floor too. Fully finished. I know the 2nd pic is very dark, just posted it 'cause it shows how far it goes back. It is carpeted. Has 2 nice closets, one is a closet like for clothes, the other more of a cubby hole, for boxes of junk, which I'm sure I can fill up!! LOL.

I hate the color of the bathroom!! And they did a poor job of the texture rolling or whatever they did. They must not have taped anything off 'cause there's a white 'ring" around all the cabinets, doors, mouldings and what not. They didn't even get close enough to make it look decent!! Poor work!! We're going to (hopefully) paint it blue, three different shades, because the flooring is white, grey and blue. Doesn't exactly go with brownish orange walls!!

Hoping to get rid of this yucky green color as well!! It's so hideous!! I want to do a light springy green or something. We're planning on turning that one into the kids' room, when we decide to have kids. Thinking of turning it into medievel theme, dragons, fairies, wizards, unicorns, and such.

East bedroom:

The only carpeted room on either the 1st or 2nd floor. I think this one's the prettiest bedroom in the house right now. Thinking this one will be the guest bedroom, for all those friends that will come over and get drunk and not drive home, lol.

I was going to take more pics, like of the master bedroom and basement, but the camera batteries ran out :( But I'll be in there in 2 weeks for good, and I'll be sure and take some pics and share them with you all!!

I love your house!! Thats the type of house I would buy. I never care what homes look like to begin with because I know I can make them pretty.


And don't worry about the bathroom. You haven't seen mine. We plan on gutting it at the beginning of next year. But out bathroom has the ugliest blue toilet, tub, and sink. And the walls are so ugly. They are like blue and peach sponge paint. AWFUL!!! I can't wait to redo it.

Did you see in my bathroom where the CLAW FOOT TUB has been closed in?? That's kinda irking me already. Not to mention the fact that there's NO SHOWER!! I swear, I'm gonna have to live with either a shower OR a tub, not both. The house we're in now only has a shower. The house we're moving to only has a tub. I miss having a tub, but I'd rather have a shower, I think. I just hope we can do like a French shower thing in there. I don't want Brad to come home all dirty and smelly and soaking in the bathtub in his own ick. YUCKY!! LOL

The house is wonderful!  You're going to have so much fun redecorating and painting.  I think I change at least one room in my house every few months.  I love doing it.

I would love to have a claw foot tub. Actually thats what I want for our bathroom with one of those huge showerheads. Its hard to find those tubs around here and they are extremly heavy. I'm sure you have a blast making that house yours.

You know, Paige, that's exactly what I want as well!! Very old-fashioned with the French shower thingy, with the free-standing shower and head and all..................can't wait!!

MollieMae...I remember seeing the other pics of your house...I love that style and age!  I lived in one similar years ago. I kept saying I wish I had that exact house out in the country....it had the old sliding doors from the living room to the dining room, slid back into the walls. The wood work was unbeleivable in that place, the staircase was really neat.  A little work and the house could have been gorgeous.  I miss how big it was too. It actually had four usable floors with a little remodeling.  Your house looks very similar to it.  I love to move and redecorate all over again.  But I am stuck here for awhile!  lol
