Zoe and I are having a very bad day today. This is one of the days where I just want to throw her in the car and drop her off at the shelter. I am so angry I just had to come on here and blow off some steam. My fence outside still isn't fixed so I have had to take the dogs out on leash. Well, as you can imagine, Zoe hates this because she isn't free so it takes her forever to go to the bathroom. When I first took the dogs out this morning she didn't go. If it were any of the other dogs that didn't go I would have just left them be. They wouldn't go in the house. But OH! not Zoe so I had to take Zoe and put her in her crate. Of course she's upstairs just howling. I had to feed the baby. When Zoe howls it makes me angry it doesn't make me feel sorry for her. Her howl is very demanding, "I'm your boss, now get me out of here." So while I'm feeding the baby I'm fuming! After I'm finished I go get her out and we go outside and she pee's. I know she has to poo but she just won't go. Now keep in mind that I am staying outside with her at least a half an hour each and we have already been on our mile walk this morning. We come back in the house and she just stands and furiously scratches on the door to get back out. I knew she had to poo so I took her back out. She still won't go. She just walks around outside like she's "queen of the earth" and prances around so we come back inside and I put her in her crate again. Here we go with the demanding howl again. I start eating my bowl of cheerio's. I just couldn't take this howling. I was getting angrier by the minute. I could feel that my blood pressure had gone up. I sometimes have an issue with my blood pressure after having the girl's. Anyway, I go SLAM my bowl in the sink and crack it of course and I take her outside. After 45 minutes she has finally gone to the bathroom. HALLELUJAH!!! So I take my laptop and I come sit with the girls in the family room so I can write my history paper. Zoe grabs paper, tissues, blankets, toys, whatever she can get a hold of and just starts ripping them to pieces. She does every bit of it on purpose, I don't care what anyone says. I know that look in her eyes. She grabs something she knows she's not supposed to have and gets right in front of me and stares me in the eye while she eats it. I just want to kick her in the face. I am now going to go write my history paper and completely forget she exists for a little bit.

Zoe loves her mommie. I put Megan outside last night with her dinner and her afraid to go out issues...she would not eat[even though all ate real late last night]. I just left her outside. I just brought her back in. Her pan is licked clean, I wonder if she waited until dawn. I swear she has nothing between her ears but fur. Get the fence fixed, Zoe.
OUCH!! Zoe and Mollie could do some damage if they ever got together!! There'd be poop from Mollie and shredded paper from Zoe. Mollie does the same sort of thing when we leave her. If she's p*ssed at us, she'll poop in the house. Last time, she pooped on one of my new shirts that was laying on the floor. And she has taught Chopper to get into the garbage and rip stuff up from there, all over the floor!! Yes, sounds like Zoe and Mollie could have a lot of "fun" together if they ever met!!
Sorry you are having a bad day. I'm really not sure if I could keep a dog that caused me that much stress. Oscar is just so laid back. I am afraid that the next dog we get will be a little terror.
The fence is getting fixed on May 18th. I can't wait. My husband and I have worked on it the last couple of weekends. Our yard is just so big that it is taking us forever not to mention that we can only work on it on the weekends. Last Saturday and part of the day Sunday it rained so we didn't have much time last weekend.
Zoe is in her cage looking at me all pitiful. I know she's just trying to get to me but it's not going to happen. She's not getting out. I'm not in the mood.
Mollie, Zoe does the same thing. She poops in the house everytime she's mad at me. She only does it if she can stare me in the face now. When I let her sleep in bed with me if she was mad at me she'd poop in the floor next to where I was sleeping. Grrrr!
Tucker is mine that has nothing between his ears but fur. It doesn't bother me. He's the dog that has the special place in my heart like your Kitty. Bless his heart, he's so dumb. My husband asks me all the time if they have special ed. for dogs.

Yes, Zoe, they could have some fun together if they ever met!! LOL. This is what I hate about having a female dog!! I don't think I'll ever have another one, if she's gonna act like Mollie. Chopper would prolly not even get into the trash if it wasn't for Mollie teaching him naughty things. She always did that when we lived with my parents too, so I know it's her. Chopper only aims to please, usually. The only naughty thing he does really is to jump thru the miniblinds. That makes me so angry!! He just does it so he can look out the window and see what's going on. He never is spiteful like Mollie. Oh well. Sorry you're having a bad morning with your own version of Mollie (lol). Hope the rest of your day goes better, don't give in to her howling!!
Mollie I have never had problems with female's before until Zoe. I have Daisy and Lucy now also and they're wonderful, always have been. Lucy is a biter but the poor thing was abused beyond belief when I adopted her. She's a LOT better now than when she used to be. Although she's so old now and has such bad cataracts that she's starting to get a bit worse but I think it's only because she can't see. Just don't walk to close to her when she's sleeping and you're okay. I will have to say though, that out of my 6 I prefer the 3 boys. They just have the best personalities. Tucker and Toby are my most precious.

Zoe's laying here curled up in my lap sleeping now and I feel so sorry for getting so upset with her this morning. Bless her little heart.
We never knew if Zoe was all beagle or not. She looks like a beagle but she's so small. She also doesn't have the beagle muzzle and a few other things. I have decided that she's part chihuaua (sp?) I think. She has a lot of my brother's chihuaua's personality.

Told you mommie loved her. Hey, Kitty's brother, Buck, is going to be as smart and good at class as Kitty was. He was pulling me so much, I got a medium weight choke chain and a 1in double wide leash, 100% better-no rope burns. I really am not used to smart docile dogs, he was such a pleasure last night. Made me proud, did down- stay real well.
Very good for Buck. I tried a choke chain on Tucker. The second I tried to put it over his head he flipped. I went to a prong that I could hook around after I got it on him and not slip it over his head. Silly dog, he flips out and hides under the table and pee's when I try to put his frontline on his neck. He's so skittish.
Zoe always did really well in classes and she does obedience really well for me when we're not in our house or our yard. If we're in our house or our yard she thinks she's queen and just looks at me like I'm an idiot.
When I went to the Pet Fair Expo a couple of months ago they had a stretchy leash there. It was like rubber and if a dog started to pull on the leash it would bounce them back. It was pretty neat. I wish I had gotten one just to try it out but I talked myself out of it. Reason is because they had me try it out on a 65 pd. lab where as mine are 85 and 125. I was afraid it wouldn't be as effective. Have you heard of it?

It's funny cuz my female is MUCH better then my male......lol I have had a chih. and man are they mouthy! He was the loudest dog in a crate i have ever heard. I tried putting the radio on loud and he'd cry right over it. Sounds like you have had a tough day, sorry to hear it But it's good that you are getting your fence fixed.
I know exactly what you are talking about. Zoe is SO loud!!! I know beagles are loud with they're baying but she is obnoxious. I turned the tv on really loud this morning and I could hear her all the way downstairs over the tv. She is also extremely mouthy. Whenever she runs she is grabbing and dropping everything in her way. She also grabs when she plays. Tucker on the other hand is hysterical. He's like a little baby. If he wants something, like to go outside or a treat, he'll come get my hand with his mouth and take me to it. He's so silly. The other 4 dogs are just normal. They all have their little quirks but nothing insane like Tucker and Zoe. I think Tucker and Zoe will calm down once they get a bit older. I don't remember the other 4 being this way but than again when the other 4 were puppies they were the only puppy. This is the first time (and the last) I've had 2 puppies at the same time.

You know, Zoe, it must be the chi in them. Mollie is a chi/pug mix, I think. They must be spiteful lil sh*ts!! LOL. But we love our baby girls though, right?? She's my baby and I wouldn't give her up for anything, not even another dobe!! But she really is a lil sh*t!!
