Well I've still be working on my PC problems & the more I try to fix it the more messed up it gets (no thanks to me I'm sure)

So my daughter's boyfriend who is quite experienced with them is going to take it tomorrow & get it fixed for me.  Of course, it'll be evenings he'll be working on it, so I'm sure it'll be gone for a few days so I'll be off-line.
