Well I never felt the need to have one, well not a strong one anyways,some of you might laugh!!!!I got it yesterday and boy is it hard to figure outGuess what it is???One more hint .Almost everyone has one.

lololol.  they are not hard to figure out. just locate wall outlet. locate plug end on radio cord and insert the plug end into outlet. then find off/on switch and waalaa !!  sorry i am teasing !

IM not a phone person either.But there has been times where it would have came in handy.My husband has a company cell, so we use that one when we are together.I hate people that use it in all different places,talking about personal stuff, geesh.They aren't even quite about it at times.

I was thinking yesterday, that it would be good for you to have one of those. You know, with the boogy men and all. Seems like it would be more reliable than phone lines. I don't have one, but my mom keeps threatening to get me one...

Wow, i have had a cell phone for years..........lol  My hubby and i both have one so we can talk to each other on his lunch.  His work is long distance and won't take calls from me unless it is an emergency.  So we got cell phones so we can talk to each other and between phones, the minutes are unlimited.

I only just got a cell phone a couple of years ago.  Didn't think I needed one, and now I cant live without it.

You know what?? I am 23 and I don't even have a cell phone. I know that everyone my age has one and they are constantly talking on it. Kind of bugs me.

Shadow...don't feel bad about not having a cell phone before this...I have one and absolutely HATE to use it!!  I can't stand talking on them (that delay, cutting in and out, UGH) and won't even use my free long distance on it....I'd rather pay for it and talk on a land line.


All the people on their cell phones at Disney World drove me insane...you'd see two or three people there together and at LEAST one of them would be on their phone either having a conversation, text messaging or playing games.  I can't imagine what could possibly be so flipping important that it can't wait???


Sorry...I'm in a grouchy mood tonight and needed to rant.


Anyway, welcome to the "Modern" world!!
