hardwood floors

For those of you with hardwood floors and multiple dogs, how do you keep them clean. It seems like no matter how much I vacum hair accumalates in seconds. I vacumed yesterday and this morning there is already hair everywhere. Also what do you guys use on your floors to clean them, I use Murphys Oil Soap. My best friends mom says to use that and then orange glow after to make it shine, but orange glow is soooo slippery. I used it once and loved how the floors look but me and the girls were slidding around, i almost killed myself that day. Any suggestions?

Kula doesn't shed, so I don't have the hair issue, but I do clean my hardwoods with a Bissell steam cleaner.  It is SO aweome!!  You don't have to use any chemicals and it gets the floors so clean.

I think I got mine at Linens 'n Things (less than $60 with one of their 20% off coupons), but I know they have them at Target, and probably at Wal-Mart too.
