Well I was off to bed, getting ready and Isabelle is following me meowing, a non stop meowing. So i go over to the couch and she is just walking around the whole house meowing, then she goes and sits in the hallway and meows. Its non stop!! Its driving me nuts. I dont care if she meows but its constant almost all the time and once she starts she doesnt stop. She doesnt need anything, i could pet her for hours and then she will get up and keep meowing. I try ignoring her when she does this but it doesnt work. Is there any way to get her to not meow so much? Its loud too! Like she is in heat or something but without the yowling sound, if that makes sense. She is fixed and has always been like this but it seems to get worse and worse.
I do think its funny though, when i come home I go hi Isablle, and she meows, I then ask her about her day and she tells me, seems to be a very long interesting day since she has so much to say...lol....HELP!
Hello Sidney...I dont have the answer that your probaly looking for...Im sorry that I dont >>i just wanted to add that I love it when my cats talk to me..of corse..they dont go on and on like your do...I think that probably over time she got the impression that she could be vocal to you and that you responded and it reinforsed it..Im just guessing so...only take this with a grain of salt..Our Schnauzer started out talking...and my hubby just thought it was the cutest..i did too..but I didnt like the ways she did it all the time and endlessly..well now..this dog does the same as your cat..and goes on and on...everyone thinks it is cute..but it has gotten old with me..a few yaps is ok...but to go for ever and to keep it up if you talk to her is nerve wracking..I dont know how to stp it or keep it from getting worse..if there is such a thing as worse...lol..But I feel that we created this monster..and we have to live with her..Just with our house hold it gets the rest all rilled up and then my head ache begins...lol..Well..i feel better sharing now..lol..I hope that some one comes up with an answer to both of our animal issues..Take care...MEOW!!!
