My husband did win $10,000 about 2 years ago... I am so bad that I could not be happy about it because I was thinking "this only happens once and if all we won was $10,000, I will never win the millions!!!"...lol
That is why I didn't win. I wouldn't be satisfied...lol
By the time, they take taxes out it is more like $8,000 which is certainly nothing to sneeze at. At the time, we were moving and had 2 house payments so it was such a blessing! But like I said, I could not get that thought out of my head that it blew our chances at the millions! lol. I was very, very thankful, but you know how it is human nature to always want more!!
Jawlaw..congrats on any kind of win...too bad that you said you couldnt enjoy it since you knew a win is once in a life time and now your only getting this.( you could of only got the tee shirt..thats what my hubby got...lol) .well..at least you got some cash..better then zip...i know people who spend on lottery and win nothing..I wont win cuz i dont play..But I am gald some one i know of has won something...
And as for Getto..That was an uncalled for post..inlight of every thing..No one has prompted your message and it really isnt nice..I thought the TP folder was for all that kind of thing..Please refrain and post where your kind of message is welcome..I personally dont like to see you slam our fellow members and also to stir up trouble between forums..It has not been going on on TP..and now you bring it up again here. And fellow members should be outraged that this person is causing the trouble we all claim to want to avoid..Not a cute post and not nice..Can you please refrain? Since you only post venomis posts...can you do so on the tp Talk city folder and not here...I wonder if Ansy would agree with me on this post...let me know Ansy if I am out of line here...
no huron,you are not out of line at all . i thought we just got this mess ironed out .at least this is against the new rules that were posted. i never could figure out what causes people to become so mean and hateful and say some of the things that they do. the people you mentioned on your list i happen to like and dont want to hear their names being slammed. i agree that you need to take it to the other nc17 folder or whatever its called or keep it to yourself so that the people on this one can enjoy the posts !
