I get stickers with my 6 month supply, with the stuff that I'm on. I just put a sticker on the 25th of every month, since that's the date that I started. We use Revolution. I think you should ask your vet, usually they will tell you to start when the weather gets nice, usually in April is best, if you're not for sure. Hope this helps!! :)
Well, you need to give it EVERY month, for 6-8 months. I'm in Iowa, so I only have to give it for 6 months a year, depending on how warm our fall and spring are. I usually will start in April and go till October, but this year I started in May and will go till November.
We give it every month for the entire year here in Texas. Also, I have heard (and it may be different for different medicine) but that if you miss giving the meds by 7 days, you need to have your dog tested before giving the medicine. My dogs love the chewable kind! I just have to make sure that Jazzy doesn't steal Hershey's and get a double dose! lol
