Most of you know about the breeder situation i had and that the half of the refund she sent me bounced and i talked to the banks and had it reran. Her bank told me it was clear last month but guess what?........it bounced again. I admit i posted on "her" forum about it because of this and because she proceeded to bash me at a show this weekend in the town i grew up in. She bashed me to a friend of mine and then was nice to my parents.....lol Duh. I posted there also because i have tried everything i can think of to get ahold of her but she ignores me but still posts there. Maybe it was wrong of me but i am livid now. If she would just give me my money, i would stay WAY out of her life. Sorry...i am just ranting and updateing you all.
That's horrible, if she would have been an up and up business person, you wouldn't have had to say a peep. I probably would have done the same thing. Are you going to take her to court? Good luck!!
Every response has been that i am doing it in bad form and that it is a public forum and not a place for what i posted.....lol I responded again that obviously the thread was directed to her because it has her name on it and that i have tried everthing to get ahold of her. If this pisses her off enough to get her to call me then great........lol And all this on Brad's birthday! We are sooo screwed at the bank again
If she has not paid for the pup, then its not hers. You should get it back!!!!!!!!!!!! Go over to her house with the police. Bring verification with you, pictures of it with the litter mates.
Well the check didn't bounce........she put a stop payment on it!! I am soooo screwed I called a DA and they are going to persue it but i am still screwed with my bank and owe them that money so my bills will get paid. Oh well, guess i skip my brother's wedding. I don't hate people but MAN do i hate that breeder........lol
My hubby's boss has nicely agreed to loan us the money to cover the bank and he can just make it up. He is such a nice guy. I am going to call a lawyer too for the rest she owes.
Call your lawyer and sue her for all she's got!! She has put you through more heartache and pain and bullsh*t than is worth the money she owes you. I'd say ask for more than that, since she's put you through so much lately. You deserve it and she prolly has NO CASE whatsoever against you. You're all ammo'd up, so get to fightin!!!
Ok, i talked to the Sherriff next door and he said to send her a certified letter asking again for the money or Piper and to wait 2 weeks. If i get nothing in two weeks, he said to file it at the court house for small claims. He said the certified letter show i have tried everything possible to reach her. Oh, BTW, they have deleted the whole thread i did at "her" forum..........lol Any way, so that is what i am doing for now. Thanks for all the encourgement everyone, i knew i could count on you all here.
