Micheal Jackson??

Okay.... guilty or not? What are y'all opinion on the whole matter. Personally I think he should be convicted. I mean he has been accused of it before and he keeps putting himself in this situation. And what grown man lets little boys sleep in bed with them. I think it is wrong. And I think the boys parents should get a fine too. Just for their stupidity.

I don't think its gonna matter.  He looks like he's gonna have a heart attack before its all over.

I don't know if he's guilty or just completey out of touch with reality.  Who can tell.  He's such a strange person.  Guess its going to be up to the jury.

Here's my input. If it was anyone else, he'd be in jail by now. Men get convicted for this type of crime with the same, if not less, evidence that is being used in this trial. I think he is very ill mentally and it is time to put a stop to it. I feel bad for him, but, hey....you know people are watching so stop doin' shady a$$ crap! Right?  Doesn't take a rocket science to figure that out. lol

I agree with Daisysmom...he's just so weird, it's hard to tell if he is just in some la la land place in his mind or what, lol. I do think it's VERY strange that he has kids spend the night at his house and lets them sleep in his bed. Or giving kids alcohol when they're nervous? What's up with that?

With everything I've heard so far, so child should be anywhere near him. I think he's guilty. Heck they will probably plea for insanity. He's just not normal.

i thnk he is a deeply troubled person who is in serious need of psychiatric help. he should have gotten it years ago. heres a young man. mentally and physically abused by his father for god knows how many years. attains wealth and fame beyond our imagination and has everything he could ever want, but is not happy with anything including himself. always trying to change himself ,until he is a totally different person on the outside, yet is the exact same on the inside. he has no idea what real love is. all his money cant buy it. yes he should be "put away" but not in a jail cell .he needs to go to a mental hospital and get the help he so desperately needs.jail would only harden him ,he would serve his time and come out the same if not worse. a mental hospital could get to the root of his problems and help him to come out a better person.less likely to cause more damage to himself and others.

I remeber watching a documentary on him by Martin Bashire (sp??) and he seemed quite frankly bloomin weird beyond what i could put into words. I agree with dusty regarding his mental health issues which he does/may have.

He is either a very mentally troubled man who does very innocently think that it is o.k to sleep with kids etc Or He is a man that has became so famous its untrue and money and his lifestyle and status has made him believe he is untouchable can get away with things like this.

I'm pretty certain that he done those things what he was allegedly supposed to do as the evidence is stacked up against him ~ as seems from my point of view he definatley done those things.

Its not getting major coverage here in the u.k but i manage to keep up to date with the trial over the news on the web. Its a real shame as his early music is fantastic.

when is the final verdict going to be given?

I think he's not guulty. Though I do think he is stupid to keep putting himself in that situation. I was waiting for the celebrities to testify to see what they said since they have nothing to gain, they already have money. Macualey Calkin is his kids godfather. What parent in their right mind would let a child spend the night at some mans house after he was accused? I was molested as a child and I won't let my kids anywhere near anyone like him.

I also know the Michael's side. He was abused as a child and also never had a childhood. That does alot to a person where they basically are the mental age where everything happened to them. My sister is 31 yrs old yet if you didn't see her in person you'd think she was 12. She acts like a 12 yo and had all her kids taken away, she doesn't get it even though its been 14 yrs since then. Her life is normal for her and not odd. i think thats just what happens to people that suffer from abuse so young. It affects some people but not others.

I honestly don't know if he's guilty. I think he has some serious mental issues from his childhood. He needs help thats for sure.

As for him being rich. He's far from rich anymore. He's lost almost everything. His lawyers are telling him that he needs to sell the rights to all the Beatles songs cause he's that low on funds. He doesn't even have the money right now to feed all his animals he has. He has lost it all cause of all the law suits.

Everyone who follows the MJ trial, should check out the Liquid Generation website!  They made a video featuring MJ and Macauly {the Home Alone kid!}  Its worth a peek!  Also there is a Katie-Tom duet featuring them singing to "The Candyshop!"  Other funny stuff to if your into sarcastic humor.  No graphic images although sometimes a little bit of crude language!  Is funny though!

Guilty as SIN, but will walk....

Any parent who allows their child to be around him should also be charged, in my opinion.

I just discussed this with Dorothy the other day and I agree he is a creepy boogery guy BUT I also have to agree that the prosecution has NOT made their case. There just is not enough to rule out reasonable doubt in this case. I take issue with the fact that he has been accused before and yet again parents allowed their children to be alone with him. I think he is extremly weird I mean the whole dangling his kid over the balcony thing ws a bit much to take in. Had that been any one of us CPS would have snatched our child. As for the issue of children sleeping in the same bed with adults there is nothing wrong with that in certain circumstances. Attachment parenting parents do it all the time that does not make them child molesters. My nieces(sp) and Nephews sleep in bed with us all the time and we certainly do not molest children. Just because it is not acceptable to some of us does not make it criminal. I personally believe he did it but the fact is it has not been proven. Jurors cannot convict someone based on their feelings they have a duty to decide based on the facts and evidence presented. As for OJ it is obvious he did not do it but that does not mean he is not covering for someone who did or that he did not know who really did it. Saying he should be convicted because he was accused once before and he is weird is very closed minded in my opinion.
