Lana didnt eat breakfast or dinner yesterday, and didnt eat breakfast this morning. She is acting normal, lots of energy, etc...I know she must be hungry cause she did eat the cats wet food lastnight, but she wont eat her food. I've never had a problem like this, she always eats! Could the warm weather have anything to do with it?
I saw her pics in the thread for all your pics, she looks pretty healthy. Check her stools, make sure she has no fever or discharge from eye/nose. Give it a day or so. Is there any reason you think she may be ill?
Sometimes Oscar has his days where he won't eat. And that when I just put a little bit of grated cheese in his food. Then he eats it. He loves cheese. but not too much because its fatty.
The only thing I can think of as to why she isnt eating is the heat. We have also been playing fetch with her alot maybe she is tired? Other then that I have no idea what is making her not want to eat.
I do the grated cheese thing, too. Usually after the first couple bites, they are pretty warmed up and finish the most of it, when they are feeling low. I get that with pregnant dogs, sometimes. Also, if they have eaten too much rawhide or bone, or something indigestible, they lose appetite. I give them a can of hairball formula cat food, it slickens them up inside and they pass the blockage out. When it gets hot, I feed Nutro Natural Choice[puppy kibble] it is not quite as rich, and the rich foods, in the heat, are less desirable...
It seems like kids and dogs both go through this. My dogs have done that before, especially like you say, in the heat of the summer. And my kids do it from time to time. I mean, they don't go without eating, but they don't eat very much of what I give them. Hopefully the cheese thing works, I have never heard of that! That's a good idea :)

The cheese is a good idea or maybe a few chunks of hot dog. My spitz will do that and i just skip the meal for the day and the next day she eats fine. She won't eat unless her veggies are in it though....lol Try a little broth in it too.
