Missing Link

My dogs get Missing Link in their food everyday, I just recently purchased Missing Link for the cats, but i am having the hardest time figuring out the best way to give it to them. Since two of them are kittens and two large adults, i dont know how much to put in the food bowl. I free feed them and they all eat out of the same bowl. So i was sprinkling a small amount in there bowl but then i heard that it needs to be eaten right away cause it will loose its nutrients or something. So now im stumped agian. Someone told me I can put it in Tuna juice and give it as a treat everyday, but is Tuna juice good for cats? Is it ok to give Tuna juice to the kittens?

All my animals love the water from the tuna can. I go out of my way to drain it into their bowls.
