Yes there will be a tie breaker. If by the time the post is closed and there is still a tie I will set up a 24hour vote off between the 2. I may make it shorter since tomorrow is the 4th. I'd like to have the winner by then. I may just make it 4-6 hours depending on how many people are on tonight. So if there are alot of people on when the voting closed I will only make it a few hours. That way maybe Ansy can put the picture up on our main page, to go along with the 4th theme she has going on here.

Putting I was wondering the same thing, I'm thinking that guests can vote as well. I know on some boards that I visit everynow and then that i'm not a member on I can vote as a guest. That may be the reason for 40 votes
