Syd has sores :(

Two days ago while I was at the dog park with my girls, i had Syd on my lap upsidedown and i noticed that on her lower stomach she had these scratch like things, they looked dry and scabby. Today i looked agian and now they are red and look fresh. I dont think it is a hot spot but it could be, there is about three differnt spots on her.

I will take her to the vet if i need too but im pretty positive i can take care of this at home.

I have neosporin and i have hotspot spray stuff i got at the Vets when Winnie had a hotspot. Should i use either or both of these on these areas? I'm pretty positive if she just stops licking at the spots it will go away on its own.

I have vet wrap, i could wrap up the areas so she cant get to them, or i have these really small cotton biker shorts that i cut a tail hole in. The shorts cover up the area and she doesnt mind them. I dont know which to use though, the vet wrap or the shorts. With the shorts the areas can breathe more which i think is best, but im not sure so i just was wondering what you guys would use in this situation! Thanks!

Hmm could be grass allergies from laying on it, or food, but if she will let you keep shorts on her, I'd wipe it down with sufedine or peroxide, to clean it. then cover with the shorts. My boy broke out in a itchy fit, I believe it was  the food change, so I'm putting him back on Innova.
