It just amazes me how someone who had already molested and raped SO MANY children could be out walking around. Talk about a failure of the justice system! I surely hope little Shasta didn'y have to witness the killings of her other family members. This little girl will never completely recover from what has happened to her. She is too young and has suffered so much.......this man altered the life of an innocent little girl - forever.

there are so many that do this kind of stuff and have done it over and over again in the past. i cant understand why they are even allowed to breathe the same air as the decent people. ted bundy was a mass serial killer. in junior high i was friends with his younger brother jay. i had even been to their house. and my brother had some of the same classes as ted at wilson high school. then along comes gary ridgeway the infamous green river killer. lived a couple of towns away. killed over 50 women. and even this lowlife duncan now spent his teenage years tormenting kids and spent time in western state hospital, another place not far from me.why does it seem that the worst of the worst live and breathe so close to home. and then people tell me that i am too overprotective of my kids ! go figure..............

What is even more sickening is the fact that he was let out with NO PROBATION.

Ok inner city first time offenders with drug possession of less than an ounce get no less than 3 years probation. That is 3 years of paying your probation officer $75 a month and checking in. A convicted pedophile doesn't get probation and he has offended and BEEN CAUGHT twice!No wonder victims don't want to come forward. What's the point? It's not like the criminal is going to suffer in the least. He has a website www.fifthnail.com...the man says he is angry ...

Like here in Florida the guy who buried the little girl alive not even 100 feet from the trailer she lived in with her family. O.k. this guy's family knows he has stolen the little girl and say NOTHING. Now, the prosecutors won't prosecute them for obstruction of justice no less.

I go home. I go to work. I have become extremely antisocial. The cruelty to animals, children and ourselves has gotten out of control. It is hard not to be sad.
