Her absence isn't due to fun.  She is just taking a break from here.  I have grounded her from here for at least a week. (well, I like to think I did). The last 2 days were very stressful here.  Aside from all that went on here, she had a ton of PM's in her inbox and emails from people who aren't even members here.  Some were pretty nasty.  She just wants to focus on getting our fences up and bringing home our new goats.  She'll be back in a week or so.

 Thats awfull ... that would stress me out, good luck with the goats though ~ My mum has got a pygmy goat called Jasmine ~ they are great fun

sorry to hear that she has been under stress. people can be mean. have fun with the fences. we just had chain link installed. that put a dent in the pocketbook quick. i am sure you will enjoy the goats, just be carefull when bending over around them. they can be quite the characters !! lol   Goat 2

SHE is awesome and she will prevail.
I can hardly blame her.
I think that she spent way too much time defending my unworthy butt.
I am eternally grateful for it, mind you.
For any of the curious involved, her posts did not include me. She never PM'd me.
Please do not overwork the lady, she seems an excellent doctor.
You all should mind your manners on this forum. I love that you are not dull people. We must be a bit more cohesive in the future...
Oh, and I love you all, whether you believe it or not...you are the best....

She isn't mad any anyone here or anything.  Just wanted to clear that up.    The PM's she got were not bad, it was just alot of them.  She likes to be thorough and answer as many as she can and it just becomes time consuming.  It was the emails that bothered her (and none of them was from any member here).  My wife hasn't learned that she cannot create peace for the entire world.  She is a problem solver, but the difference is that in real life she deals with one person at a time.  Here, there are several.  I think she has a hard time distinguishing her work from her personal life sometimes.   She just naturally likes to think and solve problems. 


This isn't anyones fault and I don't want anyone to think that.  I just really wanted her to take a break and she agreed.  She'll be back as fresh minded as ever soon....lol....and then ya'll won't be able to shut her up!


I wouldn't of normally posted on this, but her post was kind of short and I didn't want people wondering.


We all need a break from some things every now and then.  Thats all it is.  She said she knew this place was in good hands with the mods.  I'm glad they are here too. Otherwise, I'd have never of gotten her away from here.  The goats make her happy so I want her to focus on that.  She always recommends animal therapy for most everyone else, so maybe it will work for her too.


There is just something soothing about going out and petting a goat...lol.  Ivan gets all crazy and hyper.  The goats just stand there and look at you.

Goats...so the God Pan takes our high priestess away to be in Elysian fields.
You naughty boy, You better make our Ansy happy.
I expect that much goat like activity, including the building of pens will occur...

It nice to have a break sometime. I haven't been on here since Friday and it seems like I have a ton to read. I'm still not really in the mood to even be on the computer. Its just been on of those weeks where I feel like my brain is fried. Hope she gets the break she needs. She needs to go get a massage.

Anyways Hope her "vacation" is great! Maybe she will get you that Dirt Bike since all the stree will be gone!
