thats a great article and i think hes correct why people choose that breed .. I have noticed simiar trends here in the u.k very rarely see a dobermans, rotties etc but i always see labs the most then secondly german shepherds .. staffordshire bull terriers are very popular on the rough housing estates here as the young lads get them as if its some status symbol to them and thier toughness

That is interesting. And I totally believe it too. Breeds of dogs get "trendy" and it seems as though everyone has that certain breed and then "poof" thery're not so trendy anymore and everyone starts with other breeds of dogs. Kind of sad, really, that a certain breed of dog could be "trendy" as opposed to just a breed of dog that someone wants for the right reasons, you know??
