I know how it feels Puttin ~it was distressing for Harvey and For me .. his body was covered in lumps , his mood was a sad one and he would not stop licking his whole body bless him, and really didnt want to eat ..
Also i was told to consider these points when i asked about it once...
Have you washed his bedding lately as it could be the washing powder which is giving reactions?
Is It hot where you are with pollen in the air ?.. as Hayfever gets Harvey pretty bad.
Have you tried using benadryl to ease the syptoms alittle?
Cleaning products can also give dogs reactions .. if you use carpet an air freshener etc
