LOL the plus is she married the guy and worked at a nursing home. Too bad she divorced him and he ended up not being the father anyway. LOL She was only 17 or 18 I think? I'll call her tomorrow and ask her since it's already 12:30am there.

Job core is a place that you live at and they give you training for a job and they pay you for going there. Also they pay for your food and just about everything else.

my son is in job corp. he's at timberlake in oregon. he was failing in school but really struggling . so far now that he has been in job corps, he has gotten his GED and drivers liscense. he has about 11 months left to earn his carpentry degree.he says its pretty cool there and they have alot of stuff to do there when they are off. i think it has been the best thing that could have happened to him. though it may or may not be for you. you can talk to a job corp counselor and find out everything you need to know to help you decide if its something you would want to do.

my brother went to job corps and is now a union tug boat captain making huge money. it is amazing the opportunities that they give u. he is 28 and has 8 years with the union already and is married to a teacher and lives in a very nice house. he was on the wrong path as well and job corps was definately the best thing to happen to him

They do tell you that it is up to you if you want to go or not. It is volunater but yet for me I am being forced I don't have a choice because if I don't go my mother will kick me out of my house and with no money I will have no where to go if I don't go here so I have to go.
