Hey! What is the website for the rescue you volunteer at? I cant seem to find it. My sister said she wants to get a dog, so im looking for her. She is looking for either a puppy or young dog. Size doesnt matter as long as the dog isnt a heavey shedder, she also needs a dog that will be good in an apartment. I think she would prefer a poodle mix of some kind, something that wont shed as much as other dogs. I know this is silly but she wants a dog the same color as Syd, Tan,fawn,or brown.

My only problem is my sister lives in New York. I would adopt the dog, train him/her, have it live with me for about a month, and then drive down to New York and bring the dog with me.

Would a rescue in California adopt a dog out to me that will eventually end up in new york with my sister?
