wondering about puppy food

Right now Hyde is eating Nutro Max puppy. I want to switch him to something a little better. These are the foods I have acess too....Wellness, Innova, Inova EVO, natural balance, natural choice, chicken soup, and some other i cant think of.

What do you guys recomend feeding this little guy? I want to feed him a food that is NOT for all life stages, i want something for puppies. I'm not sure which brand to pick. any help would be great! Thanks!

This is the pup you are sitting right. I'd give it Innova puppy. But what will the owner feed it after.

Ok, I know now this is your sis' new pup. I just wanted to add, that Innova evo is much too much protein for a pup. That food is for high performance dogs, runners, high activity level.

I thought Chicken soup was higher than Natural Balance, but the other day when I bought Natural Balance Venison and (something), I thought he told me that it was higher than Chicken soup because that Venison is rare. I have no idea how I started feeding my dogs Venison! I want good dog food, but it doesn't have to be the best!

Does he know what he is talking about?

Another question if anyone knows..... I have read that min. schnauzers are prone to kidney stones. My friend told me her dog had them, had to have surgery and the vet told her to change her diet to no protein dog food. I thought the protein was good for them. Should you try to find food low in protein or what?? I will ask my vet next time I go in, but thought you might know. Here is the ingredients that I feed my dogs right now
