Puttin i have just downloaded a free photo editing thing ..

Its called Serif Draw Plus 4.0 im not sure if its the best but its great because it talks you through everthing ..

The bonus is it is completely free ..not just for a trial period etc..

ive just made a signature with it ..although they are not no where near as good as the people at tC can make its still a great programme . very user friendly with help topics etc
