My Pug needs surgery or PTS

  I am ashmed to say that I can not get any creidit anymore, and because of my stuiped spending, after I got divorsed!  my AKC Holly- is maybe going to have to face her demise tonite or tomorrow.  Anyone out there no any Pug rescues in Midwest, that may take her?  I could make a couple hundred donation- she is sooo sick, and I have held off bringing her in today to the Vet because I know what they will tell me again!!  Or does anyone here know any orgs or rescues that help Pugs!  She is panting, banging her head into walls, drooling {she never drolls}

  This is a plea-she really is not going to make it I dont think.  Im scared to bring her in, she is on her prescription food, and also Lactolose, and Biosal.  HELP, HELP!!!

  I have tried to help others on here, and the other one.  And so much easier to believe what you say, and type with 100% confidence, when you are not faced with this yourself right now!  I think she is bad, I do know what a little hellian she is though, and what a complete zest for life she has!!  She even kind of hops, or skips when shes walking!  She is the gentlest girl ever! She is a 2 year old AKC female Pug who will be gone if I can not find a rescue to help in a HURRY!  Im a horrible owner/mommy!  Now she is coughing/panting god I wish someone was here !!!!!!!!!

I understand what you are going through I had to give a kitten I had when I was little away to the humaine society because it got ring worms and my mother and me didn't have the money to pay for the cure. I'm so sorry for what you are going through.

Hi Lovin, hows your pug doing?  Sounds like something neurological to me, maybe even seizures. Seizure meds are very inexpensive you know. My sisters poodle took them and they were about $11.00 per month

Let us know what is happening please.

i wish there was something i could do to help. its hard when everyone lives so spread out. try calling around. some vets will except payments. i know the emergency vet here does. because alot of people just dont have the money up front. maybe you could even purchase some pet insurance. they take a small down and small payments. keep us posted . and i will pray that she pulls through and is okay until you are able to figure something out.

lovin, there's a non profit organization called IMOM that financially helps people that have pets with life threatening illnesses and don't have the means to pay for it all. If the pet has a chance at having medical care and living a good quality of life and you fit the criteria, you may be eligible. Go to the website and read the information and fill out the online application. I've checked into this organization in the past and heard nothing but good things about them.
