My trip to Chicago....

I know I have not posted much about my trip to chicago since I have been back I have been trying to catch up here lol.


Well for starters I had a Grrrrrreat time!


My Daughter is still driving me nuts growing up so fast....


I got a wicked sunburn and there is nothing worse then being a woman and burning your ninnies! NOT fun at all! But on the up side even though I feel like an Eguana from pealing so bad I now have a great Tan!


And the best part of all....


Many of you know I have been fighting a huge custody battle for my son who was snatched  from me several years ago. Well everything went from going as bad as it could to going better then ever expected and I got to see him too! What a handsome guy huh?



My ex and I actually spent an entire day together and got along good! Still waiting for the other shoe to drop but I did get all that I asked for in court as far as contacting my son and seeing him and I am well on my way to having him living with me again. For all the time we were apart (my son and I) our bond has not been so much as smudged! In fact we are closer then ever! So many of you have continued to be my support and strength through all of this and you have no idea how much that means to me I could not have gotten through this far without you all ESPECIALLY you Ansy! And I look fw to talking to you more in depth about this in the near future you wil be very surprised at some of the things i have to tell you.


Well anyway we had a nice time together but my silly son made us take a "group" picture together lol at least the ex and I are able to stand eachother enough now to do that huh?

I am so happy for you and I know at one point it time it got really bad. I hope everything continues to go will with this whole thing.

hey, glad to hear you had a great time and your circumstances are looking up .


Your children are beautiful and your daughter is near identical to you. I dont know the history behind you and your ex but its great that you can be civil with one another ...good luck with the court and keep smiling..

glad your trip went well and you had a good time. your kids are beautiful. you young gals and your burnt ninnies. if mine start to get a little warm i just tie them together behind my neck and wear them like a halter top !

What a great story! I am glad you enjoyed yourself. I know it is nice when you (meaning anyone) and your ex can get along. My ex husband is always invited here and to family gatherings so him and my boys can be together. It is so much nicer that way.

i cant really tie my ninnies behind my neck. but thank god for dishwashers. i was getting real tired of trying to keep them out of the dishwater !! Smiley Gone Wild
