YAY!!! I can't wait! I will iron out the details, but here is a basic run down.
I will make up a gift basket once a month. I am thinking of having it ready at the beginning of each month so you know what to look forward to. I will work with Stormy on that part, getting a pic up on the contest thread.
I have a paypal account and I have a po box address, so this will be easy for me.
Trust issue. There is little I can do to prove myself trustworthy over the net. Let me start by saying I have been selling on Ebay for years. You are more than welcome to check out my Ebay ID FamilyBizzness. I am in the process of changing my id and not selling on that name right this second, because that was a family account and my mother is not going to sell anymore, heck, she never sold, I have done all the work! I can tell you I have well over 700 feedback there and only three or four upset customers, but I always work with them IF THEY ARE FRIENDLY! lmao Not too shabby if you ask me, so I think this show I must be trustworthy! lol
Anyways, it would be great if everyone could pitch in a small amount of cash or just donate items...that works for me, too. I have access to a place where I can get baskets easliy, but I also have a few other ideas. Fun ideas.
I have no problem getting things started with the first basket. I need feedback from you guys though. What is a fair value so I can make the baskets all fair? It might be hard to go on a cash value since things will be donated. Should I make it a set amount of items in each one? I just want to be fair about it, so please share your ideas.
If you would like to donate cash or an item, please pm me and I will give the po address or paypal address. Cash payments can be sent through snail mail or through paypal. I look at it this way, even if each person just sent one dollar....that would make a great basket, right?
Keep in mind, if you send a dollar through paypal I lose a certain percentage of it to paypal. I will have to check and see what the fee is, but it will eat into the total.

Paypal takes 2.9% plus $.30 on each transaction. It would break down as follows:
On a:
$1 transaction - PP would take $.33 (2.9% of $1 is 2.9 cents - rounded off to $.03....plus $.30 transaction fee).
$2 - would be $.36
$3 - would be $.39
$4 - would be $.42
$5 - would be $.45
On smaller amounts, PP is about the same as a postage stamp for mailing it snail mail. However, realize that when paying by PP, MPP will not be able to use those deducted amounts towards the baskets.
