Remember a while back I had placed my lil rescue pup Pepper in a new home? (female pit) Well she is doing awesome there and the best part is Dillon is now with her! Yep the guy fell in love with Dillon and he now has a great new home. And no other males there so no worries of fighting! Dillon willbe neuterd on Friday and will have the same vet as I had for him. EVEN better news! We can keep Rambo!! I am so sad I had to let dillon go but I know it ws for the best. The guy said he was leary because he was a rehabbed fighting dog but when he saw him and saw how calm and well behaved he was and not a single sigh of agression with the other dogs he was amazed. He gave me a compliment on the work I did with him and said I can some see him whenever I am in town! Pepper was spayed about three weeks ago and is doing well she has really grown. I cried like a blubbering fool when i left him and I will really miss him but I see now that God only ment for me to be a stopping point on this boys journey through life and I am truly feeling very blessed to have loved him so much and to have felt the love he has to give in return. i kissed and hugged him and told him "mother loves you always" he licked my face as I cried and I just had to get up and go or I would have never been able to leave.
Willow (dorothys dog), Bosco (who used to be shadow and now belongs to shiny), Pepper, Rambo and Dillon are my best successes this year! I dont have any regrets at all in the work I have done with these dogs and I am so happy we at least get to keep Rambo he is my heart and hubby is REALLY attached to him.

it looks like you found dillon a good home. and you get to keep rambo. i hope things just keep getting better for you and your life is good. i wish you the best and it wont be long and your son will be back with you ,his mother, where he belongs. take care and so glad to hear that everything is working out for you.

no he is not ok with it we just found a way around it he won't even know no one will lol except you guys. Not like my son is at risk with the dog you guys know me better then that. Besides I don't like being bullied about my dogs. I am a compitant adult and know what is best for me and my child. I certainly am feeling insulted by the assumption they make that I would put him at risk simply because he is a pit that is just stereotypical, narrowminded and plain out stupid. I am acting on this with eveything considered. The only option is to PTS this swet dog because no one will take a dog with hip problems like he has and I refuse to end his life over stupidity. I get pissed off any further I will just lawyer up and go from there but as it stands I have found a workable solution.
