Yay! Matt called and the doctor said he doesn't have prostate cancer and his prostate was most likely flaking because he had so many procedures done in just a few weeks. His prostate is inflamed but he was given medicine for that and should be good to go. :)

He's had major cabin fever since he's had all this stuff done to him so tomorrow him, Matt and 3 other guys are getting together to play music/practice. They're going to get really good and start playing shows, they may get an extra 100-200 a week for it. It's Derrick and Matt's passion and I really hope they stick with it. He said it was just for fun. =)

This sort of reminds me of lance armstrong but he really did have cancer.

Much agreed! :) I think like that now, especially after my Ninna died 8-30-2002 and my Great Granny died 3-23-2004....and especially since a classmate of mine was murdered last September, her life just ended in a split second. So tragic :(

Yea about 6 years ago my uncle shawn had just moved back to texas after living in LA for most of his life and he was only here for 4 months and then he was murdered in a hotel.

Omg, that is AWFUL! :( All of my family members so far have died from a disease or old age...I can't imagine how I'd be if someone was murdered or killed in a car accident :(

What makes it worse is that he was almost to his 4 year anniversory. Cause he survived cancer. So murder was a total hit to the gut for just about my whole family.

Yeah...Megan (my classmate) had just gotten back from her uncles funeral that day (sept15) and she went to the grocery, returned him around 10:45 pm and 3 guys came out from wherever they were hiding and shot her :( They got her purse, keys, and other things. Not to mention, her life. Her husband has a huge cross tattoo on his back with her birth and death date, and like veins or something weaved through it.
