Organizing a Benefit for Holly !

  Hello again!  The last time I was here, Holly was VERY ill [again!]  I was actually SCARED to bring her in as I thought my vet might want to PTS Holly again!  When she is sick- its SO upsetting to watch, and it just makes me feel so helpless and SO guilty that I cannot afford her surgery that she so desperatly needs!  Well I will try to be brief!  Basically I was given a couple links, one of which was the Canadian Pug Rescue and they were the nicest bunch of helpful people, especially one woman in particuler!  She has never done one herself, but she is going to try and get something going for a "fundraiser" for Hollys surgery on the internet!  So last night I stayed up until 2 AM writing a biography which will need plenty of editing!   Since I ramble so much!  But its slowly all getting put together!


    But Holly might have a real chance now!  The Minnesota Pug rescue wouldnt help us because they are basically swamped with too many Pugs, not enough money as it is!  They said that I should just keep Holly comfortable, until the end!  Well I don't want to just sit back, and watch her on a path to a slow miserable death!  I could not, and I will not stop until I get her the surgery she needs!  For those who dont know- Holly is [almost 2- sept. 26 is her Bday!] And Holly has a Liver Shunt.  She gets SICK about every 3 months or so.  Always to the surprise of everyone, she always recovers back to herself though!  A fiesty little girl who has fought so hard, its time I help her fight for a chance at a healthy life!  Please let me know if I can post a link once we get it all confirmed and ready to go!!


  So when we get it all set up-could I post a link on here?  Thanks again to whoever it was who gave me the links!  Holly and I appreciate your help very much! 


  Holly is in my new avatar-in the middle.  Poppy is my fiances black Pug on the left, and Mia is my OEB girl to the right of Holly!  Cute wish it was bigger- and I wish Holly was more visible in the pic!

what a great idea. and a good way to raise the money for the surgery she needs. i,m sure alot of people would be willing to help an animal in need.

You can absolutely post a link to the Fundraiser here.  Make sure you 'bump' it every now and then so that people will get a chance to see it.

Let us know. I am glad the site I gave you was of some help to you.  My brothers pug is near the age of Holly too.


So what are we talking here, The cost of surgery?

  Thank you Puttin!  Your link to the Canadian Pug Rescue will undoubtably save Hollys life!  If I could find the worship smiley I would put it here!  You will just have to take the smiley though!  The lady/ANGEL that has worked so hard for Holly really is commited to get Holly the Liver Shunt Surgery!!!  It is approximetly 2 thousand dollars, without complications!  So any amount from any body can help with would really help!  You can donate VIA paypal too!   Holly has fought SO HARD and unfortunatly I cannot afford the desperately needed surgery she needs..  I was actually willing to give my girl up JUST FOR A CHANCE for her to get her needed surgery!!  She has always been such a good girl, I dont feel its right just to "make her comfortable" until she dies!!  I wont let that happen to her!  They could tell how much that I love my girl , and  I just really want to give her a chance at a normal life!!  It is very possible that her next relapse will mean her life is over!  So even if you only have a dollar that would help too!!  here is hollys link!!!  Thanks ansy for permission to post!!  Oh and by the way- on the site it may asy Michigan!  It is actually the U of Minnesota!  Diana got a little mixed up I think!  It should be fixed soon!  Please help Holly if you can!  Thank you in advance!  Here is her link:

  Please keep in mind I am still trying to pay off cards, and loans from her previous illnesses!  It isnt that im too cheap to pay!  I have spent more then I have already, and I will continue to pay for treatments, meds, and emergency visits that Holly has already recieved!  Just so anyone who wonders why I dont just open a C.Card account and "charge it!"  Holly and I have wracked um all up on her vet bills, meds, and spendy prescription foods!  Belive me, if there was a way, I would have her getting the surgery all ready!  Just a little extra info in case anyone wondered!  Holly needs help BAD!!

Bump Bump-  Mia and all of us will just alll be SO DEPRESSED if nobody here can help her!  Dang, Ive  donated, fostered etc...  and to see WE dont get any responses from all of our trials helping, housing, and making donations to others beloved pets and also abandondond ones as well , and other pets in need???  Hmmm-not right!  Maybe there ISNT anything called Carma??    Just a thought!  If you cant help-PLEASE HELP  by passing the link on!!!  Thank you!!   Thanks Puttin again!

  Hollys page has been at least updated, and it says U of Minnesota now insted of Michigan!  I am happier about that anyways!  Im stressing out BIGTIME!
