Jess! Hi! I responded to your thread the other day about your foster doggie and when I hit send, my computer froze and then I got kicked off. Urg...computers..lol (He was an adoreable dog by the way, kudos to you for all you did!)
I am so bummed because hubby had an interview with the manager at Master Mechanics in Logan. He was even going to pay him what he is making here, which would have been SOOOO nice. But then he kept saying he would get back to him on his decision, and we still haven't heard anything. Hubby has called him several times, and he keeps saying that he would really like to hire him, but that he doesn't know if his current manager is really going to step down or not. And he keeps saying things like how he doesn't know what to do, because he doesn't have to pay the current manager as much, but he's not getting the store numbers up. But if he hired Josh, he would have to pay him more, but he might get the numbers up. So he doesn't know what to do. So we're kind of in limbo. I wish we could move out there already. I'm so ready for a change. And I could be around my sis-in-laws and my little neice and nephew. And I really want my kids to go to Preston schools. *Sigh* someday...

Well, I don't really want to live in the town of Preston, but I would love to live in Mink Creek where my in-laws live. It's gorgeous back there. Very serene and laid back it seems. I wouldn't mind living in Logan either because my sis in law lives there, and I am really close to her. It would be nice to have the kids all play together. My kids don't have any cousins in my state. My sis in law is always trying to convince us to move to Logan instead of Mink Creek, lol. I don't really care as long as we get out of Colorado. Colorado is gorgeous, but I think I'm ready for a change

Yes Mink Creek is beautiful. There are sooooo many houses for sale right now near me! I think because the intrest rates are so low right now everyone is moving into bigger better houses. Just within a couple blocks of me i can think of 7 houses for sale. It is crazy, because it is such a nice area!
Wow! That's cool for us though if we move, lol. Lots of choices! Hehe. There doesn't seem to be that many houses for sale where I live now. I don't know why. I was bummed because my hubby's uncle sold 'The Dairy' in Mink Creek, and my husband and I were really hoping it would stay for sale long enough for us to move up there and purchase. It had like 65 acres and a functional dairy and barn, and 2 houses on the property. It also had a canal and water rights to the river that ran through it as well. I would LOVE to get ahold of that property, lol. It was the price of just an average joe home where I live in Colorado, it's crazy.
We get to come up in December though for a visit, so I'm excited about that. We usually come every other month, but my hubby's work changed their policies on vacation time.
