I evacuated and am staying with my mother.  (More on that topic later, I'm sure.)  I, of course, brought the fuzzes with me, so my crew is safe.  I haven't been to bed since Friday night , so I'll be back on to discuss actual pet topics after I've had some zzzzz.  Thanks for all of the nice thoughts on the previous thread.  It was nice to have good vibes during a stressful couple of days, especially during my panic attack in Darkest Arkansas.

Glas to see you made it to higher ground. I have been watching coverage on the hurricanne. Seems awfully scarey.

Proto I am glad you are safe. I was getting kinda worried when we did not hear from you this weekend.

PD my hubby heard either on the t.v. or radio that there are at least 2 more storms out there that could become hurricanes. But I have not heard that yet.

I haven't either but the way the hurricanies are just coming one after another it wouldn't suprise me.

According to their satellite there is another tropical depression out there brewing...This makes number 13...

glad to hear that you got to safety. i have been watching the news and it is a shock to see the power in that kind of storm. getting out of there was the best thing you could have done. at least you are safe. i am praying for everyone that is still there.
