My parents, and Brad and I are all going up to the MInnesota Renaissance Festival this weekend. We're going up to Eden Prairie on Saturday and staying the night at a hotel and going to the Ren Fest on Sunday. It will be soooo much fun!! Mom and Brad's grandma helped us make costumes and I'm going as an Irish peasant and Brad's going as a Scottsman, he's even got a kilt and a purse thing and a sash to go around his shoulder!! lol. I'm soooo excited!!! My parents have never been there before so it'll be a whole new experience for them. I hope my mom gets picked to go onstage and do a play for the Tortuga Twins. That will be HYSTERICAL, considering my mom doesn't really like raunchy humor all that much and would hate being up there. LMFAO!! We're going to stay up there on Sunday nite too and maybe go to the Olive Garden and celebrate my daddy's birthday, which is today. It'll be soooooooooo much fun!!

Actually Jess, we might be up in Logan/Preston for the weekend! Hubby has had to work two 6 day work weeks, so they owe him a few days, and they are giving him Friday and Saturday. And they are always closed on Sundays, and are closed on Monday for Labor Day, so it wouldn't take any vacation time. I'm hoping we get to go. I'm checking with my mum in law right now because if they are not going to be around this weekend, it would be a waste of gas. So I'm hoping they will be home

I'll probably be at the hospital. What fun!!! But on Sunday I think Brad thinking about going to 6 Flags with his friend. Pisses me off but what can I do. I think my sister is coming in though.

we will be staying home. having the grandkids here has been tough. chasing a little one around all day has become alot harder in my older age. i wish all of you that will that are traveling a very safe trip...and may you all enjoy the holiday weekend !    

Oh it is now I feel really stupid because my grandparents told me and my mother that my uncle is coming in town the tuesday after labor day but I didn't know when labor day was. I guess I better clean the house. LOL

Well it turns out my weekend consist of cleaning. My uncle who lives in tennesse is coming in to re-wire my grandparents house. He's from the navy so he's a neat freak and he always grips at me and my mother if something is not how he likes it in our house so before he comes in on tuesday the house needs to be the way he likes it because we don't want to hear him grip.
