ear infections

so sorry this is off topic but ive been having a problem lately and i had some questions. I dont know if you guys remeber a while back one night when i was sleeping i felt something in my ear and freaked out. Well that was like a month or more ago. For the last week I keep thinking I feel something in my ear and I start freaking out. Its happening to both ears, i swear it feels like something in there.

Anyway I have been having ear aches to , nothing major they go away in a minute or so. The thing is, i use to have ear aches occasionally all the time and never did anything about it cause they were over very quick and didnt happen all the time.

I remeber someone responded to my post before and said sometimes when your ear drians it feels like something is in there. Could this possibly be an ear infection and im feeling stuff drain or something? Im so freaked out. I hope its just an ear infection. Sometimes I dont feel anything though, weird.

Oh Sydney you need to go ahve them checked. You could go by a good dewaxer at the phamacy, Years ago the doc told us to get Debrox for my son.  But have them checked it is not worth all the freakin out in the middle of your sleep thats crazy.

Trust me, get them checked.  I ignored mine once and it went too far and completely plugged.  I needed massive antibiotics and had to have it sucked clean.  It was really infected and the dr. was worried that the infection caused a hole in my ear drum.  It didn't but i will never let an ear infection go again.

They are right. Go to a doctor.
I can't afford one, so I go to a local Mexican clinic.
Check for clinics in the phone book, if you don't have insurance or a good doctor.
You don't want to take chances with your ears or eyes, you only get the one pair to take care of your whole life.

i agree with the others. its better to have a doctor look at it. its probably something that is easily treatable, but at least you would know. i would go as soon as possible and then you wont have to worry about it anymore. they can pull any bugs out with a good pair of tweezers !  j/k  lol

actually when I was four, I had a tick in my ear and it was real similar to what you described. I would definitely get it checked. I named my tick Jonathan and they put it in a jar of alcohol for me. Sadly, he slowly fell apart in the alcohol. I was four and didn't want them to kill him(I know) But we even had a burial ceremony and all that. lol

I recently had a bad ear infection for the third time in the same ear in the last 6 months. I looked up some holistic remedies on the net and found that garlic juice was a remedy used in children. IT WORKED! I pressed a clove and drained a small amount of the juice then I had ear drops that were all natural and I just added some garlic juice to it and it didnt take much but after two days you would not believe the draining of that infection. I had gone to an ear specialist the last time and he game me antibiotics and pain meds and told me to put peroxide in my ear. NEVER DO THAT it makes it 20 times worse! Let us know what the doctor says. Mine come from water getting trapped in my ear. I have to wear ear plugs not even to shower. It does feel like something is actually crawling in your ear when you have drainage and be prepared for your ears to itch like mad when it starts to heal it drove me crazy!
