I don't know if this is going to make me sound stupid, but I have no clue what that is, lol. If it has to do with breeding or confirmation like the AKC and whatnot, I would have no clue. Is it a registry like AKC?

lol, yes it is a pet registry. I contacted someone from there and they are checking out these people to see if there have been any complaints. They have very cute puppies but I want to be sure that I get a good, healthy one. :)

no complaints have been filed on these people at all, so that is good. I will have to look into them a little more and find out more about their dogs.
