http://www.wcjb.com/news.asp?id=8366 My thought is that the parents weren't paying ANY attention and should never have left the puppy alone, because there was no reaction, the puppy probably didn't know anything was wrong. JMO
Yeah, the puppy wouldn't know he was doing any wrong. Depending on the size of the puppy, there'd be no way to know it would ever do that. Sad sad sad :(
That was such a horrible story! The boy lost all his fingers, and the dog distroyed. I feel bad for all involved. Although if the parents had even a teeny weeny glimpse of fear that that pup might bite- or whatever, they should never of let him roam free around a paralized child! Sorry for the mispells! But thanks for making it "clickable" jawlaw. Sad story...
WOW I think that it is wrong that the pup was PTS. The parents should have been the ones in trouble here not the dog. It's just wrong. I mean the pup was only 5 weeks old!!!
BTW This is the first time I have heard of this and I live in Tampa. Guess they kept this one off the news.
I totally agree, pup knew not what he was doing, parents should have been watching. What puppy does not chew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will chew on anything if allowed.
so unfair for the dog. and so sad for the boy. i dont see why they were left alone together either. if the boy was paralized , he had no idea what was going on with his hand, what is wrong with people . they need to be more responsible parents AND pet owners. i place the blame on them.
thats gruesome~ that poor child having his fingers chewed off . I know he was paralysed and couldnt feel it but oh my god! where the hell were the parents as far as the pup was concerned it was having a tasty snack as wasnt none the wiser . The parents should be done for neglect
