Im sure everyone has heard about the canine flu, I just found out yesterday at work that 11 cases have been reported in Inglewood, just wanted to give you guys a heads up since the canine flu has made its way to S Cal. Keep your babies safe!
I havnt heard anything about it transfering to humans. I did hear of something else though, a bird flu that humans can get but I dont know much about that either.I'll try doing a search online.
I just read a little about it in the paper. It can be transfered to humans. Inglewood, is about 20 minutes from me, by freeway. Its got alot of lower income familys. I wonder if that plays a part in this. Not get vaccinations and what not.
Thanks for the heads up, I will pass this on to my dog owning friends, and to my breed club. I am glad I am taking a brief hiatus from dog class. I need to get things in order, and don't need things like this to deal with. My dogs are on lock-down, but they truely don't know the difference
