Oscar would fall over dead if I walked him 3 times a day...LOL!!! But really..to pass a law. I understand the people that don't have yards but I have a yard and Oscar loves to go out there to play. Glad I don't live there.

I wouldn't be able to have a dog there either! When we are at home I have a huge yard with an invisible fence and Farley & Chloe get a heck of alot more exercise running & playing in the yard than they would if I were to walk them, even 3 times a day.

I also have the IF at camp but there they do usually get a walk a day to the beach so that they can go swimming, except on the weekends when there are people enjoying the small beach.

Animal cruelty to goldfish...I think I've heard it all! Those things die even if you look at them funny, lol.

And what about the dog thing? I don't even walk that much! Lol

Yeah, I think I'd die walking that much!!! I have to take each of mine for SEPARATE walks because I would rather leave 2 at home alone than 1 and I definitely can't take all 3 for walks at once. So that would be 6 walks every day for me!!!! Not that I couldn't benefit from losing the weight, but still!! Man o Man!!

the only thing that i am curious about is, how are they going to know if you walk your dog three times a day, let alone two or even once ! are they going to go door to door to be sure that it is getting done ? how in the heck are they going to even enforce that ! lmao

I have an uncle that is over in Italy right now....guess I might have to send him and e-mail as ask him about that. I don't remember the name of the town they're living in right now, but I know they're feeding a stray (dont remember if it was a dog or cat) Well...not really a stray, one of their neighbors puts it outside it's fence to wander the streets all day or something like that. i could just see the "pooch police" going door to door. " alright all you old folks and invalids, strap those leashes to those wheelchairs and get on out there and excercise those dogs ! hell, i couldnt even walk my dogs three times a day. i'd have to hire one of those "dog walking nazi's" that hunters talking about !! lmao

Oh, good lord......I would love for these dog walking nazis to have met the pit bull I had for years - he would simply sit down when he was done walking. The few times I walked him I ended up carrying him home.
