Here is a link for excellent cheesecakes!  I am lucky in that they are about an hour away from me so I usually make a couple of trips a year and come home with at least 2 of them.  They freeze very well.  My absolute favorite is the Kahlua cheesecake.  Followed closely by the raspberry ripple & the amaretto creme.  Yummy!  In fact this post reminded me I have an amaretto creme in the freezer - I think I'll go take it out right now!

i don't think we have a bakery close by that makes them. See we live in a small town. But I will check and see.

Denise thanks for the link I will look at that later.

I actually called some bakeries here in my town and I found one that makes them to order. I just need to give her 1 to 2 day notice of when I want one. And it'll only cost me I think she said 18 bucks so that is not to bad. So next week I'll probally get one. Thanks for all the wonder ideas everyone....

I love cheesecakes. I think I can eat a whole one in two days. My mom used to make one that had chocolate chips and coconut in it. Awesome!!!
