Wish us Luck!

We have to take Cinder in today and have chin looked at. Many of you probably remember, she is the cat that we took in, she has a broken jaw, and has had it for about 4 years. We haven't had her for very long but her chin has started getting kind of blackish(under her chin really) It has gotten kind of swollen not bad but we noticed it, she has aa sort of skin tag thing haning on her chin(very small but it is there) and also she has one of her bottom teeth, from her broken jaw, protrudes up into the roof of her mouth.
We are going in today to find out what is wrong with her chin and we are going to see if they will pull the tooth. As frustrating as this is, and as sweet as a cat she is, I am praying for a good outcome on her chin(we were told that her jaw might be disolving) but we cannot put a whole bunch of money in to her. We will do what we can and if it is a few hundred dollars to give her a few more years then we have no problem but Cinder is 10, almost 11 years old already, she is a health risk for anethesia(sp?) because of her age. I hate the fact that I am thinking about money right now. But we also have to get Koda in and puppy will need his shots again in a little over a week and that is $65 just by itself, I have no idea what Koda will cost.
We are just hoping that she is going to have a great visit and just get her tooth removed. She is a sweetheart of a cat and I hope that everything is going to be okay. For some reason though, my instincts are telling me to prepare myself. They haven't been wrong yet but I am hoping they are this time. Well, we leave in about 3 hours, so wish us luck!

Thanks, I am nervous but trying not to show it as I know she will pick up on it. This is something I am prepared for though. I know that our vet will tell us the truth and let us know all our options. They are really nice people.
